Danette is a singer-songwriter, poet, wife and mother of two. She is a member of the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California (aho! to the cousins) and she loves to dance, eat, meditate and listen to podcasts about philosophy, science, and health. Her work as a singer-songwriter is heavily influenced by classic country (good old 4/4 shuffles) and blues. Thematically, her interest is in finding new and interesting slants on timeless universals.
